Shawni Judah Crowned

Shawni Judah is the 2013 Miss Outstanding Teen for Eddy County. Crowned on Saturday during the Miss Eddy County / Miss Carlsbad and Outstanding Teen Pageant, Shawni will now compete for the State Title in June. A lifetime member of First Christian, she is the daughter of Shawn and Terri Judah, and Pat Allen’s granddaughter.
