The Mission of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Carlsbad is

To be a worshipping community of faith     (Hebrews 10:19-25)


Where all people grow in God’s grace,      (Colossians 1:9-14)


Find acceptance and forgiveness in God’s love,      (Ephesians 4:1-6)


Are formed through Biblical witness,      (2 Timothy 3:14-17)


And are equipped for ministry in Jesus Christ     (Ephesians 4:11-16)
