Carlsbad Transitional Housing
Carlsbad Transitional Housing partners with the United Way, several local churches, and Carlsbad Mental Health to provide safe, supervised, and quality housing for families in transition from homelessness to stable independence. Utilizing three single-family homes in Carlsbad, families are placed in the homes in a positive, mentoring supervision to assist them at learning the necessary skills and developing the needed footing to transition from the street and live on their own.
